We promote and teach eccentric training for exercise, so as to build stronger muscles while increasing your metabolism to burn fat faster.

Because this is a supervised program with monthly follow-up visits following your initial evaluation, you can constantly be evaluated for what activity level is appropriate to your progress, reducing your chances of injury or strain.
